Main Purpose of the Role

Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be

• 2 years`experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.

Main Duties

About The Locality

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Shift Supervisor to join our team at Clancy`s Centra Loughville.

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our busy convenience store. The successful candidate will help lead the team during their shift, maintain excellent standards across the store and ensure our customers receive a consistently great experience.

Previous retail experience is preferred, with supervisory experience an advantage. We`re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, confident working with a team and comfortable taking responsibility for the store during their shift.
