Job summary

Centra in Cork is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure the store runs smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role focuses on evening shifts (3pm–10:15pm, Monday to Thursday) with flexibility as needed. You will coach, train and support colleagues, manage rotation and merchandising, and handle customer queries professionally in line with store policy.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Main purpose of the role: Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• 2 years`experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
