Job summary

Monaghans Centra in Ballybrit, Galway is seeking a part-time night sales assistant for two nights (11pm–7am). You will engage with customers, maintain high store standards and support a welcoming shopping environment. This role offers night shift hours within a Centra store environment in Galway.

Experience in customer service is advantageous; you will contribute to a positive shopping experience, merchandise shelves, and assist with queries while embracing Centra values and store policies.

Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
  
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
  
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

About the locality:

This position is for a part-time night sales assistant. Hours of work would be two nights 11pm - 7am.
