Job summary

Centra, a leading Irish grocery brand in Ireland, is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage and motivate the store team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations. You will lead by example, support team development, and liaise with day management on floor layouts and merchandising changes.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organisational skills to delegate tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service facing role.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience organising work and delegating responsibilities.

Responsibilities
