Job summary

Centra in Ireland is seeking a Supervisor to oversee store operations in Leighlinbridge. You will lead a team to ensure efficient service and a top customer experience for every shopper.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to organise and mentor staff in a fast-paced retail environment. On-site work in Carlow/R39 C9K5 with a strong team ethos.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, multitask under pressure.
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
