Job summary

Centra in Crosshaven, Co Cork, is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead the evening shifts and support store operations. You will motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and act as a role model in line with Centra standards.

The role runs 3pm–10:15pm Mon–Thu with some flexibility, and requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.

Main purpose of the role: Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be
