Job summary

Vodafone Business is hiring a Unified Communications Solution Sales Specialist to drive new UC and collaboration opportunities and expand the portfolio across enterprise, mid-market and public sector customers.

The role focuses on value-based selling, shaping commercial propositions and partnering with internal specialists and partners to deliver transformational solutions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B technology, telecommunications, collaboration or cloud solution sales.
• Experience selling complex transformational solutions rather than transactional products.
• Track record of new business acquisition and account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Growth by identifying, developing and closing UC and collaboration opportunities and maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Grow Existing Customer Relationships by expanding Vodafone's UC footprint across mobile, fixed and networking customers.
• Lead Value-Based Customer Conversations by positioning solutions as business enablers and quantifying outcomes such as productivity, CX and efficiency.
• Shape End-to-End Communications Solutions by collaborating with Vodafone specialists and partners to design UCaaS, Teams Calling, Cloud Voice, CCaaS and digital workplaces.
• Orchestrate Internal and Partner Resources by coordinating with Account Managers, Solution Architects and Delivery teams and leveraging the partner ecosystem.
