Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead IT Infrastructure services for key clients in multiple sectors. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, delivering world-class service, and guiding complex IT environments.

You will act as the de facto CTO for client accounts, shaping IT strategy, driving innovations, and partnering with internal teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining governance and compliance across engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in TAM, Technical Consulting, or Senior Infrastructure Support.
• Proven people management and leadership experience in a technical environment.
• Hands-on expertise across IT Infrastructure areas (Network, Servers, Azure, VMware, Security).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and escalation point for client accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure services including Network, Servers, Azure, VMware, Security, and Data Centre operations.
• Act as strategic advisor, shaping client IT roadmaps to align with business goals.
• Own service metrics (SLAs, OLAs, KPIs) and drive continual service improvement.
• Lead governance reviews and ensure compliance with ISO, GDPR, SOC standards.
