Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead IT Infrastructure services for corporate and SMB clients in financial, pharma, and public sectors. You will guide a high-performing team, ensuring world-class service delivery across complex IT environments.

You will act as a strategic advisor, shaping client roadmaps, owning governance, and driving continuous improvement using ITIL, Lean, and Six Sigma practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of TAM or senior infrastructure experience.
• Proven people management in a technical environment.
• Hands-on expertise across IT infrastructure areas (Network, Servers, Azure, VMware, Security).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering IT infrastructure services.
• Own service metrics (SLAs, OLAs, KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
• Shaping client IT roadmaps and strategic advisory for accounts.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, PMO, Sales, Solutions teams.
