Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Ireland to own recruitment delivery across vacancies, from role briefing and sourcing strategy through to shortlist, candidate management, offer and onboarding handover.

This business-facing role keeps you close to hiring managers, helping shape realistic hiring plans and make confident recruitment decisions. You will manage immediate hiring needs and longer-term pipelines across engineering, operations, transport, and project-led roles.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in Ireland or strong knowledge of the Irish market.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational or project-based roles.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and engage candidates in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment demand and project mobilisation needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Ireland Engineering and Operations & Maintenance roles.
• Manage vacancy briefs, search strategy, route to market and timelines with clear candidate profiles.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Provide updates to hiring managers and maintain recruitment momentum.
