Cpl HR Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing global organisation to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and driving best-in-class talent attraction strategies in a dynamic, international environment.

This position could suit someone based in North Dublin, Meath or Louth.

Formación

• Proven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruiter.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping experience.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing recruitment processes through an ATS.
• Data-driven approach with a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and hiring best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions.
• Partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent.
• Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Providing market insights and talent intelligence to stakeholders.
• Coaching hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practice.
• Using recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives.
