Job summary

SEI Investments is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month FTC to manage end-to-end recruitment for both contingent and permanent roles in our Dublin-based team. You will build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external agencies, while ensuring robust processes and accurate reporting.

The role supports SEI’s Ireland operations, offering a hybrid work model, exposure to funds industry recruitment, and collaboration with a diverse HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the Funds Industry in agency or in-house capacity.
• Experience building relationships with Heads of Business.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Working knowledge of Workday or other ATS system.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Degree level or equivalent preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contingent and permanent roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and recruitment firms.
• Provide guidance on processes and best practices to internal applicants and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide MI data for reporting.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidates through the interview process.
• Prepare and review offers, sign-offs and new starter documentation.
• Ensure postings and descriptions meet compliance and legal requirements.
