Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 10+ years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.

• Translates numbers into action and opportunities for process and people improvements.
• Expert in recruiting talent with real-time industry trends and market insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive change.
• Passion for solving people problems and delivering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition philosophy, strategy, programs, and tools.
• Develop a scalable TA structure aligned with business growth.
