Portfolio Group in Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to drive full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders across our Dublin operations. • Resilience in navigating changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Data-driven decision making to inform recruitment strategies and improvements.

• Employer branding expertise to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Team oversight experience in managing recruiters for high-volume hiring.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and align recruitment with business needs.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Create and manage recruitment pipeline for critical roles and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Leverage internal and external sources, including job boards and social media, to source top talent.
• Support employer branding strategies and drive their implementation across recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate with external recruitment partners to meet hiring needs and ensure performance.
• Track KPIs and SLAs across recruitment and provide updates to Directors and Group.
• Drive process improvements and data-driven recruitment practices across teams.
