The Portfolio Group Inc. in Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead full-cycle recruitment across the business.

You will work closely with Hiring Managers to deliver strategic recruitment services, managing the process from intake to hire and ensuring a compelling candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture. You will build strong partnerships, source top talent using multiple channels, and drive continual process improvements while meeting KPI targets and SLAs

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in HR, law or related business discipline, or relevant experience in employment law/employee relations.
• Strong strategic & analytical thinking to align recruitment with business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for partnering with hiring managers and leaders.
• Focus on delivering a positive candidate experience and continuous process improvement.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and innovate in talent acquisition strategies.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to align with current and future needs.
• Own full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Create and manage recruitment pipelines for critical roles and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Leverage job boards, social media and other tools to source high-quality candidates.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract top talent.
• Coordinate with external recruitment partners and manage KPI/SLA across the process.
• Provide regular updates to Directors and Group on recruitment activity.
• Drive process and technology improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
