Job summary

O'Callaghan Hotel Group in Dublin seeks an experienced Revenue Manager to lead pricing and inventory for two hotels within the Collection. You will forecast demand, optimize room availability, and work with CRS/PMS systems to execute a cohesive selling strategy.

You will monitor competitor trends, prepare weekly forecasts, and contribute to monthly regional reports, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel revenue management and pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Proficient with PMS/CRS and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue for two hotels, setting pricing and inventory strategies.
• Forecast demand and optimize room availability across channels.
• Collaborate with CRS/PMS/OTA partners to ensure accurate rate loading and reporting.
• Produce weekly trend analyses and monthly regional reports for leadership.
