You will lead pricing, inventory, segmentation and distribution across four Dublin hotels, collaborating with the Group Director of Revenue and senior commercial leaders to translate strategy into action.

As the collection embraces AI, automation and market intelligence, you will turn data into clear commercial actions and forecasts to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven hotel revenue management experience in a multi-property environment.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Understanding of forecasting, pricing, segmentation, and distribution across channels.

Responsibilities

• Implement revenue and distribution strategies across four Dublin hotels.
• Analyse performance, demand and market conditions to identify opportunities and actions.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and operations to ensure alignment.
