Job summary

The Address Collective in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee revenue optimisation, forecasts, and pricing strategies for our hotels. You will work with the group revenue management team to maximise profitability and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring bookings, updating OTAs, collaborating with Front Office and Sales, and mentoring junior team members to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue management, reservations, or a related role in hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bookings and occupancy trends; report to management.
• Forecast demand and optimise revenue based on market conditions.
• Develop occupancy and revenue forecasts and weekly segmentation reports.
• Adjust room rates and promotions with the group revenue management team.
• Update OTAs with current offers and promotions.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Sales to maximise revenue.
• Lead regular revenue meetings with department heads and mentor staff.
• Ensure websites have accurate images and descriptions of the hotel offerings.
