Job description

Revenue Manager

The Opportunity

O’Callaghan Collection is entering an exciting period of growth, investment and repositioning across our portfolio of four distinctive Dublin hotels: The Alex, The Davenport, The Green and The Mont.

As we continue to evolve our hotels and strengthen their individual market positioning, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Revenue Manager to join our central Revenue team.

This is a key role within a high-performing Commercial team, with the opportunity to directly influence the performance of the Collection. Working closely with the Group Director of Revenue and senior commercial leaders, you will help translate our revenue strategy into clear, effective actions across pricing, inventory, distribution and market positioning.

It is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious revenue professional who combines strong technical expertise with commercial curiosity, sound judgement and the confidence to contribute at a wider business level.

The Role

The Revenue Manager will support the delivery of revenue performance across the Dublin Collection, ensuring the agreed strategy is effectively implemented and continuously reviewed against changing demand, market conditions and commercial priorities.

You will take a forward-looking view of performance, identifying opportunities and risks, challenging established thinking and turning data into clear commercial recommendations.

Working collaboratively with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and hotel operations, you will help ensure each hotel is positioned to maximise profitable revenue while maintaining its own distinct market identity.

The role will also contribute to the continued development of our commercial systems and processes. As the Collection strengthens its use of AI, automation and market intelligence, you will play an important part in embedding these tools into how we forecast, analyse performance and make decisions.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Implementing the agreed revenue and distribution strategy across the Collection’s four Dublin hotels.

  • Analysing performance, demand and market conditions to identify opportunities and recommend clear commercial actions.

  • Optimising pricing, inventory, segmentation and distribution to support the positioning and profitability of each hotel.

  • Providing accurate forecasts and meaningful commercial insight to support revenue and wider business decisions.

  • Working across the Commercial and hotel teams to ensure agreed strategies are clearly understood and effectively implemented.

  • Supporting the continued evolution of our revenue systems, processes and use of AI-supported technology.

About You

You will be an experienced hotel revenue professional who is ready to take the next step in your career within a progressive, multi-property environment.

You will bring:

  • Proven hotel revenue management experience, ideally within a cluster, group or multi-property role.

  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and actions.

  • A thorough understanding of forecasting, pricing, segmentation, displacement, inventory and distribution.

  • Experience using hotel PMS, CRS, RMS and distribution platforms; experience with Opera Cloud and IDeaS would be advantageous.

  • A genuine interest in technology, AI and the continued evolution of revenue management.

  • The confidence to present insights, contribute to commercial discussions and constructively challenge thinking.

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across Revenue, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and operations.

  • High standards of accuracy, accountability and attention to detail.

  • The ambition and potential to continue developing as a future revenue leader.

Why Join O’Callaghan Collection?

O’Callaghan Collection is a family-owned group of design-led hotels located in the heart of Dublin. Each of our hotels has its own identity and guest experience, united by a shared commitment to thoughtful hospitality and personalised service.

This is an opportunity to join the Collection at an important point in its development. You will work as part of an experienced and ambitious Commercial team, contribute to the performance and positioning of four distinctive hotels and play a meaningful role in how our revenue function continues to evolve.

For the right person, this role offers significant exposure, development and the opportunity to build their career within a dynamic and progressive hotel group.
