Job summary

Axiom Hospitality in Dublin is recruiting a Revenue Director to lead pricing and revenue management across two new Dublin hotels at pre-opening and during early operation.

You will analyse trends, manage distribution, collaborate with sales and events teams, and use Marriott platforms to maximise RevPAR and profitability.

The role requires strategic vision, strong analytical skills and the ability to drive performance in a fast-moving hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management within a branded environment.
• Pre-opening and/or multi-property or cluster revenue experience (desirable).
• Proven track record of growing RevPAR, market share and profitability.
• Strong experience in pricing, forecasting, budgeting and distribution strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue management strategies across two Dublin hotels from pre-opening through steady operation.
• Analyse booking trends, market conditions and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
• Monitor inventory and distribution to optimize channels and availability.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and reservations to drive revenue and performance.
• Utilise Marriott revenue systems to forecast demand and adjust pricing.
