Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Ireland is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead strategic development of client groups and manage complex internal and external networks. You will influence decision makers, drive business retention and growth, and coordinate regional/global teams to serve key accounts.

Responsibilities include account mapping, running WBR/QBRs, ensuring SOP adherence across offices, reporting, and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years successful sales or account management experience in freight forwarding, logistics and/or transportation.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Client-facing role managing the overall business relationship.
• Account mapping and regional/global coordination.
• Run weekly and quarterly business reviews (WBR/QBR).
• Monitor SOP adherence across Crane Worldwide offices servicing the account.
• Create and distribute performance reports; manage collections as needed.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop regional strategies.
