Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Senior Project Director – Northern Europe to lead the commercial development, operational execution, and financial performance of the Industrial Projects business across the region.

The role focuses on developing scalable project logistics solutions and delivering high-value cargo movements, including heavy-lift and out-of-gauge movements, while building a collaborative, high-performing team and ensuring consistent delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Significant experience in project logistics, project cargo, freight forwarding, or industrial transportation.
• Proven track record leading regional teams and cross-functional projects.
• Experience with EPC, infrastructure, energy, or renewables sector customers is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional Industrial Projects strategy and growth initiatives.
• Develop and secure project logistics opportunities with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end project logistics solutions, multimodal transport planning.
• Own regional P&L, pricing models, and financial performance.
• Mentor and develop regional projects team and ensure safety/compliance.
