Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Account Executive to drive sales across Cisco's full portfolio in a hybrid model across Ireland and the UK region.

You will build and grow strategic client relationships, work with partners, and develop engagement plans to expand wallet share and profitability. Your hunter mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams will enable you to close opportunities in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Experience leading end-to-end deal cycles of moderate to high complexity.
• Ability to prospect and develop accounts and engage with senior/C-suite leaders.
• Ability to lead an extended team of sales and technical specialists.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor to customers and deliver outstanding experience.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineering and partners to close new opportunities.
• Plan and implement sales strategies and account plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline reports.
• Anticipate changes in opportunities and customer needs and adapt proactively.
• Share insights from customer interactions to refine sales strategies.
