Job summary

Methodius Ltd in Dublin seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with senior leaders across the business. This role focuses on TUPE/ARD transfers, workforce transformation and complex employee relations in a fast-paced international setting.

You will combine strong HR expertise with stakeholder management to deliver compliant, business-aligned people strategies while coaching managers on employment law and transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager or senior HR advisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation, TUPE/ARD, restructuring and redundancy.
• Proven experience handling complex employee relations matters and transformations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic adviser to senior business leaders with commercially focused HR solutions.
• Develop and implement people strategies to support objectives and growth.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and design initiatives.
• Lead TUPE/ARD transfers and workforce transitions end-to-end.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure legal compliance.
