Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of order fulfilment processes and customer service best practices.
• Experience in order fulfilment, customer service, or sales support/administrative environments.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong data entry and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders and verify all details.
• Manage order processing through CRM and internal systems.
• Monitor open orders and provide updates to account managers and customers.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of services for customers.
• Identify and resolve issues related to order fulfilment or service delivery.
• Provide administrative support across the business as required.
• Manage and respond to requests within a centralised inbox.
