Job summary

FK International - Financial Search and Selection partners with a leading institutional advisory and investment banking firm in Dublin to appoint a Corporate Finance Director. This role leads end-to-end M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates, working with senior stakeholders to drive deal processes.

You will oversee financial modelling, valuations, and client materials; mentor junior staff and contribute to origination through market engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant corporate finance / investment banking experience.
• Proven deal execution track record in a recognized advisory platform.
• Leadership and ability to manage multiple transactions.
• ACA or CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Job description

We are partnering with a leading advisory firm to appoint a Corporate Finance Director to its growing Dublin team. This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced advisor, who will play a key leadership role in originating and executing a broad range of transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive deal processes end-to-end while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side) and capital markets mandates
• Develop and manage client relationships across corporates, sponsors, and intermediaries
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of client materials
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Contribute to origination efforts, including pitching and market engagement

Requirements for this Role

• Significant corporate finance / investment banking experience, ideally within the Irish market
• Strong track record of deal execution in a recognised advisory platform
• Commercially astute with excellent client-facing and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• ACA / CFA or equivalent qualification typically preferred
