• Transaction origination and execution as part of the M&A mandates.
• Lead as part of origination and manage demanding timetables.
• Develop financial models and pricing with real-world insight.
• Prepare marketing materials and support transaction process management.
• Collaborate with UK and international teams on origination and execution.
• Monitor industry developments related to targeted client groups.
