Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Learning Coordinator to drive day-to-day delivery of the Academy and related development initiatives. You will coordinate programmes, manage schedules, facilitators, venues, travel and virtual delivery logistics to keep learning experiences engaging and professional.

Working with the Group Talent team and HR colleagues, you will administer learning data, support platforms, and contribute to new development programmes in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of work experience in a business administration environment.
• HR experience is an advantage but not essential; interest in HR and L&D.
• Experience using virtual learning technologies (Teams, Zoom) and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage schedules, budgets, venues and communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SW Academy programmes online and in person.
• Manage online/virtual experience and learner engagement.
• Data management for learning programmes and reporting.
• Participate in Talent and Leadership Development projects.
