Job summary

Berkley Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver expert HR support to business leaders, managers and employees in Ireland. Reporting to the HR Business Leader, you will help implement the people strategy and support the organisation through an ongoing HR transformation.

This hands-on role covers organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, employee relations and people analytics, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or comparable people focused position.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
• Experience supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters.
• Experience operating within an organisational or HR transformation environment would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, talent management, recruitment and organisational development.
• Experience managing sensitive and confidential employee information.
• Comfortable working with HR data, metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to contextualise, implement and embed people agenda across their respective functions.
• Provide specialised HR guidance and support to leaders, managers and employees.
• Support organisational capability, effectiveness, employee engagement, inclusion and belonging initiatives.
• Coach managers and employees to improve individual and team effectiveness.
• Manage complex or escalated employee matters, establishing appropriate feedback loops and ensuring effective resolution.
• Support the seamless implementation of cyclical HR processes across assigned business groups.
