Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Dublin is seeking an experienced HR Partner for a 6-month contract to deliver high-quality people support across the organisation. The role involves partnering with senior stakeholders, HR Business Leaders and Centres of Excellence to drive people initiatives.

You will guide employee relations, performance management and HR policies, support organisational change, and use HR data to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as HR Partner or HR Business Partner.
• Advisory experience for leaders and teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment practices.
• Experience supporting organisational change.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialised HR support and guidance to leaders and employees.
• Partner with HR Business Leaders and Centres of Excellence.
• Support people agenda across organisational effectiveness, engagement, talent, learning and workforce planning.
• Guide on employee relations, performance management and HR policies.
• Support HR transformation and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
