Job summary

The successful candidate will deliver specialised HR support across the organisation, manage confidential information, and help embed organisational capability, engagement and talent processes. Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/biopharma is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialised HR support to leaders and employees across the organisation.
• Partner with HR Leaders, Talent Leads, People Advisory teams and business leaders to embed the people agenda.
• Support organisational capability, employee engagement, learning, talent management and development, talent acquisition and people analytics.
• Coach and support leaders and employees on HR matters during the transformation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop effective recruitment strategies for assigned business groups.
• Monitor HR KPIs across the assigned business groups.
