Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner for our Dublin office on a permanent hybrid basis. You will partner with business leaders to provide proactive HR support across the full employee lifecycle in a diverse and collaborative team.

You will advise managers on employee relations, performance, talent management, change and workforce planning, while helping to deliver People & Culture initiatives and embed inclusive policies across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR generalist and business partnering experience.
• Ability to advise managers on a range of people matters.
• Experience in Financial Services or insurance sector preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial mindset.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Providing HR business partnering across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advising managers on employee relations, performance and complex people matters.
• Supporting talent management, succession planning and organisational change.
• Contributing to workforce planning and key reward cycles.
• Supporting recruitment and talent-related activity.
• Collaborating with Centres of Excellence to deliver people initiatives.
• Delivering the People & Culture Plan.
• Developing and embedding best-practice HR policies and processes.
• Championing diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
