Job summary

Sisk is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Partner to collaborate with senior leaders across our Ireland operations. You will shape HR strategies, advise on workforce planning, and lead complex employee relations and change initiatives to support business goals.

As part of the HR team, you will drive engagement, development, and governance across multi-site operations while upholding our values and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR experience in a business partnering or advisory role within a large, multi-site or complex organisation.
• Degree in HR, business, or related discipline is essential.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable.
• Experience applying employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals.
• Provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational development.
• Support leaders in delivering change management initiatives effectively and sensitively.
• Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Promote a culture of fairness, accountability and continuous improvement.
