Job summary

Compass Group Ireland, a leading foodservice and hospitality provider, is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to lead the People Strategy for our Dublin operations on a full-time basis. You will collaborate with operational and senior leaders to drive performance, engagement and workforce planning across the Island of Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in a demanding operational HR environment.
• Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong employee relations experience with TU engagement and redundancy programmes.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to deliver the People Strategy and provide expert HR guidance that supports business objectives.
• Coach leadership and develop talent through succession planning and engagement activities.
• Lead and support change management, organisational design and business transformation across multiple areas.
• Analyze people metrics and workforce data to drive decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide expert employee relations support including complex case management and TU engagement.
• Support compensation and salary review processes and workforce planning initiatives.
