Job summary

RTÉ is Ireland's national public-service media organisation, undergoing a 5-year transformation. We seek an experienced HR Manager to partner with Production and Media Services, and Technology, delivering strategic and operational HR support across our divisions.

Reporting to the Divisional Head of HR, you will lead on talent management, recruitment, employee relations and compensation within a highly unionised environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
• A relevant third level qualification in HR, Employment or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing complex employee relations issues and providing commercially focused HR advice.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and senior leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support across talent management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
• Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures and Irish employment legislation.
• Develop and present essential HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and manage enquiries within tight timelines.
• Identify training needs to meet business requirements and compliance.
