Abbott in Ireland is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with manufacturing leadership, shaping people strategies and driving business performance.

You will advise on employee relations, talent development, succession planning and change initiatives, while ensuring compliance and a positive workplace culture. The role is based on-site in Sligo with a focus on delivering HR excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
• CIPD qualification or membership (or equivalent professional HR qualification).
• Experience supporting leaders within a fast-paced environment across Employee Relations, Coaching, Change Management, Employee Engagement.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting HR metrics and translating data into actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Business Partner: translate business priorities into effective people strategies and workforce plans.
• Leadership Coaching & Support: act as trusted advisor and coach to leaders, supporting development and organisational effectiveness.
• Employee & Industrial Relations: provide guidance on disciplinary, grievance, performance management, attendance, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Talent & Organisational Capability: identify current and future talent needs, support recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and career development.
• Culture, Engagement & Change: champion culture, values, and employee experience; lead change initiatives.
• HR Operations & Continuous Improvement: deliver core HR processes, ensure data accuracy, lead projects and training.
