Job summary

Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a multinational, award-winning food manufacturer to recruit a HR Business Partner for a 6-month contract at the Monaghan site. You will work with the Site Director and central HR to drive the people strategy, workforce planning and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and payroll-related tasks while ensuring HR data integrity and compliance across audits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as HR Business Partner.
• Experience in onboarding, employee relations and recruitment.
• Proficient in using HR systems and Microsoft Office, with a focus on employee engagement and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Site Director to deliver the Group People Strategy.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and change initiatives.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, investigations, and absence management.
