Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Dublin is seeking an experienced HR Partner for a 6-month contract to deliver high-quality people support across the organisation. The role involves partnering with senior stakeholders, HR Business Leaders and Centres of Excellence to drive people initiatives.

You will guide employee relations, performance management and HR policies, support organisational change, and use HR data to inform strategic decisions.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Partner to join a leading global organisation on a 6-month contract based in Dublin.

This is a broad HR partnering role, working closely with senior stakeholders and wider HR teams to deliver high-quality people support across the organisation.

The Role

• Provide specialised HR support and guidance to leaders and employees
• Partner with HR Business Leaders, Talent Leads, People Advisory teams and Centres of Excellence
• Support the delivery of the people agenda across organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent, learning and development and workforce planning
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and HR policies
• Support HR transformation and change initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical HR solutions
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and wider people initiatives
• Provide coaching and advice to managers on a range of HR matters
• Use HR data and insights to support informed people decisions

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in an HR Partner / HR Business Partner capacity
• Solid employee relations and HR advisory experience
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and business leaders
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and employment practices
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
