Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor roles.
• Experience handling employee relations and organizational change.
• Familiarity with Irish employment law and EU Pay Transparency requirements.
• Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR & advisory support to senior management.
• End-to-end employee relations, ER cases, and restructures as needed.
• Oversee recruitment processes and onboarding for operational and senior roles.
• Lead compliance initiatives and HR administration (no payroll).
• Drive employee engagement and culture across campuses.
