Zusammenfassung

Sisk is recruiting a permanent HR Business Partner to support its Data Centre business unit from the Citywest Head Office, with hybrid working options. You will partner with BU leadership to drive people strategies and manage the full employee lifecycle across the business.

We seek an experienced HRBP or senior HR professional with strong organisational, influencing and coaching skills, plus familiarity with HR systems. CIPD is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience as an HRBP or senior HR
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong influencing, coaching and presentation skills
• Resilient, confident and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Experience with HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar

Aufgaben

• Partner with BU leadership to deliver the people strategy
• Manage full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit
• Lead workforce and resource planning for future capability
• Support and coach managers on performance and probation
• Develop and implement employee retention initiatives
• Lead and advise on disciplinary investigations and hearings
• Drive talent management and succession planning with action plans
• Prepare and present HR updates and people metrics at board meetings
• Oversee the annual pay review process
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
• Contribute to HR process improvements
