Sisk in Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract to provide strategic HR leadership to Ireland construction business units. You will partner with senior management to align workforce strategies with business goals, manage change, and boost engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.

Based at Citywest Head Office with hybrid working, the FTC runs until July 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable.
• Evidence of continued professional development essential.

• Develop and implement HR strategies with business leaders.
• Provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent management and organisational development.
• Lead complex employee relations cases and performance management.
• Support change management initiatives and growth across the business.
• Drive engagement, inclusion, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
• Deliver HR analytics to inform decision‑making.
