Sisk is seeking a permanent HR Business Partner to support the Data Centre business unit at Citywest Head Office with hybrid working options. You will partner with senior leadership to implement people strategies, manage the employee lifecycle and drive performance, retention and development.

The role requires strong HRBP experience, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Our benefits reflect a comprehensive Total Rewards programme.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in an HRBP or senior HR role.
• Experience in HR business partnering across business units.
• Proven ability to influence and coach managers.
• Experience with HR systems such as Advanced HR.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with BU leadership to deliver the people strategy.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Lead workforce and resource planning.
• Support and coach managers on performance and probation management.
• Develop and implement employee retention initiatives.
• Lead disciplinary investigations and hearings.
• Drive talent management and succession planning.
• Prepare HR updates and people metrics for board meetings.
• Oversee the annual pay review process.
• Provide day-to-day HR support across the business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
