Job summary

Sisk is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a fixed-term contract at its Citywest Head Office, with hybrid working. You will partner with senior leaders across Ireland construction units to shape workforce strategies and drive organisational effectiveness.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead complex employee relations, develop talent, and deliver workforce insights to support business outcomes. FTC until July 2027, based in Ireland with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, or a related discipline.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable.
• Evidence of continued professional development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with senior leaders to align people strategies.
• Lead employee relations cases, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Drive talent development, engagement, and succession planning.
• Provide HR analytics and workforce insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR Operations, and Reward teams.
