The Panel in Ireland is seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead a new HR function across Dublin, Cork and partner sites. You will report to the Managing Director and own the HR strategy, policies, and processes with practical, hands-on delivery.

This role focuses on building people data, implementing HRIS, performance management, rewards, and employee relations while coaching senior leaders and shaping culture for sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in an HR or People leadership role.
• Experience building or transforming an HR function and leading organisational change.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Experience introducing performance management frameworks and reward structures.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge senior leaders.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance people and business priorities.
• Well organised, calm under pressure and comfortable working independently.

Aufgaben

• Build and implement the HR strategy across all teams and locations, with practical processes, systems and policies that keep the business compliant.
• Implement an HRIS to improve people data and reporting, and lead recruitment across the business.
• Design and roll out a consistent performance management framework, and review the reward framework so salaries and benefits stay competitive.
• Coach managers to become confident people leaders and advise them on all employee relations matters.
• Create development pathways for every department to support progression and succession, and help build a culture where people feel informed, supported and proud to work there.
