Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR strategy for a growing organization in Ireland. You will work closely with the senior leadership team on people matters, policy compliance, and aligning people initiatives with business goals.

This role covers performance management, workforce planning, recruitment partnerships, coaching, engagement, HR data accuracy, and HRIS rollout support, requiring strong knowledge of Irish employment law and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
• Ability to engage key stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Support senior leadership on people-related matters and policy compliance.
• Support performance management, recruitment, and organisational design.
• Coach line managers on policies and best practices.
• Prepare reporting and analysis of HR data.
