Job summary

Respond!, a leading housing association in Ireland, seeks a Housing Systems and Data Lead to manage housing systems, data governance and BI reporting. You will work with ICT, Housing and Finance to implement system enhancements, ensure data quality and support performance reporting.

The role requires strong experience with Aareon ActiveH, SQL Server and Power BI, and offers a permanent full-time position in Dublin with hybrid/work-from-home flexibility as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in the social housing sector.
• Extensive experience with housing management and asset management systems.
• Proven experience with Aareon ActiveH and reporting.
• Strong SQL Server skills and advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot/VBA).
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Housing Systems Management and Technical Support: provide specialist support for housing management and asset management systems, focusing on Aareon ActiveH.
• Data Management, Data Quality and Governance: lead data validation, cleansing and quality assurance activities across datasets.
• SQL, Reporting and Business Intelligence: develop, maintain and optimise SQL queries and reporting extracts; support BI dashboards.
• Asset Management and Stock Data: support management and reporting of asset data, maintenance, compliance and stock information.
• Business Process Improvement and Workflow Design: map requirements and translate them into practical technical specifications and workflows.
• Project Support and Implementation: support systems, data, reporting and digital transformation projects; assist with testing and rollout.
• Stakeholder Engagement and User Support: collaborate with teams to understand needs and provide guidance on systems and data.
