Job summary

Tuath Housing Association seeks a Data Manager to oversee data integrity, validation and security across the organisation. You will manage data collection, storage, analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategy.

Reporting to Head of IT with a dotted line to CEO and CFO, you will develop data management policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with departments to meet data needs. Strong SQL, Power BI and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, CS, IT or related field.
• Proven experience in data management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of databases and data analysis procedures.
• Proficient in data management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Manage output from databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize data quality and efficiency.
• Work with Head of IT to address outputs from databases and data collection systems.
• Provide training and support to staff on data management practices.
• Generate and interpret data reports for CEO and management decision-making.
• Collaborate with departments to identify and meet data needs.
