Job summary

TOM People is partnering with a leading Irish financial services organisation to hire a Senior Data Analyst in Dublin, with 2 days per week in the office. You will work in transformation and analytics, turning complex data into insights that influence growth and business decisions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, develop data-driven solutions, and drive automated reporting across sales, marketing and customer analytics. Hybrid work model in place.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, BI, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards end-to-end with Power Query and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills with experience across multiple data sources and ETL.
• Ability to translate business questions into effective data and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and non-technical users.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to own deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

We are working with one of Ireland's leading financial services organisations as they look to hire a Senior Data Analyst to join their growing transformation and analytics function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst who enjoys partnering with senior commercial stakeholders, turning complex data into actionable insights, and influencing business decisions that drive growth.

The successful candidate will take ownership of supporting sales, marketing & customer stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support key business initiatives.

In this role you will:

• Build and own a suite of commercial analytics and reporting solutions that support business strategy and decision-making.
