Eos Talent is partnering with an established organisation in the Irish housing sector to appoint a Senior Housing Manager in Dublin. This role offers breadth across the full housing management remit, with responsibility for tenancy management, income, and resident services in a hybrid Dublin setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of housing management and tenancy management.
• Experience leading managers and sizeable housing teams.
• Strong understanding of tenancy management, allocations, voids, arrears and housing services.
• Ability to balance operational delivery with broader strategic thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Track record of developing people and managing performance.
• Practical, solution-focused approach to problems.
• Judgement and confidence to operate at senior management level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop housing managers and their teams.
• Oversee tenancy management, allocations, voids, arrears and income management.
• Ensure effective management of ASB, tenancy sustainment and resident services.
• Drive service performance, standards and continuous improvement.
• Use data, KPIs and resident feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure housing services operate within legislative, regulatory and governance frameworks.
• Build relationships with Local Authorities, statutory bodies and support providers.
• Collaborate across the organisation to solve problems and improve services.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of housing operations as the organisation grows.
