Job summary

Respond Housing Association in Dublin/Hybrid is seeking a Housing Systems and Data Lead to manage housing systems, data, reporting and BI solutions. You will drive data quality, governance and system improvements across Housing Services, collaborating with ICT, Finance and Asset Management.

The role requires extensive experience with Aareon ActiveH, SQL Server, Power BI and data management, plus strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in the social housing sector.
• Extensive experience with housing management and asset management systems.
• Proven experience with Aareon ActiveH, including configuration, reporting and data management.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including queries, stored procedures and views.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query/Power Pivot and VBA.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with data migration, validation and quality assurance.
• Experience handling asset management data, planned maintenance and stock information.
• Experience designing business processes and workflows.
• Experience producing management information and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support for housing management and asset management systems, focusing on Aareon ActiveH and related reporting.
• Configure systems, capture user requirements and improve data structures and workflows.
• Collaborate with users to identify issues and opportunities to improve functionality.
• Develop practical technical solutions to support operations and performance reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of system functionality, permissions and data structures.
• Support implementation, testing and rollout of system changes and new modules.
• Lead data validation, cleansing and quality assurance activities across datasets.
• Develop data quality checks, controls and governance processes.
• Create reports and dashboards to support KPI and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure data is accurate, auditable and compliant with GDPR.
